Welcome to The Tiny Shade! We want your candles to reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. The details below explain how and when your order will arrive.

1. Processing Time

  • Order confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after checkout.

  • Preparation & packing: All orders are hand–poured, inspected, and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays).

2. Delivery Timeline

Service-3 – 5 business days

Standard Shipping (default)-5 – 7 business days

Destination-All serviceable pincodes within India

Estimated Transit-Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays.

Total Time (processing + transit)- Remote or hard-to-reach locations may require an extra 1–2 business days.

3. Shipping Rates

  • India: We offer a flat ₹59 rate on orders below ₹999. Orders of ₹999 and above ship free.

  • International: Currently unavailable. We’re working to add cross-border shipping soon.

4. Order Tracking

Once your parcel leaves our studio, you’ll get an email and SMS with a tracking link. Updates may take ≈ 12 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Delivery Partners

We partner with leading carriers such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post. Carrier selection is based on your pincode for the fastest reliable service.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address and contact number at checkout. The Tiny Shade cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet the 5-to-7-day window, unforeseen events—extreme weather, strikes, or festive-season surges—can occasionally add time. If a delay occurs, we’ll notify you proactively via email/SMS.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, we’ll contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is missing or damaged, email support@thetinyshade.com within 48 hours with photos, and our team will make it right.
